You can easily distinguish our product series by maximum speed and running belt width:

1. Walking pad: Maximum speed ≤ 6 km/h
2. Home-use treadmill with 400 mm running belt: Maximum speed ≤ 12 km/h
3. Home-use treadmill with 420 mm running belt: Speed range 12–14 km/h
4. Home-use treadmill with 450 mm running belt: Speed range 14–16 km/h

Quality is our top priority. Our quality control system covers every stage:

1. Incoming material inspection: All raw materials and components are inspected before production.
2. In-process inspection: Real-time monitoring during production, including motor testing, noise testing, and comprehensive electrical testing.
3. Final inspection: 100% inspection before shipment — each treadmill undergoes functional testing, safety checks, and packaging verification.
4. Packaging testing: Drop test and vibration test to ensure safe delivery.

We provide inspection reports and test videos upon request. You are also welcome to arrange third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, BV) at your cost.

Yes — we offer full OEM and ODM services. Customization options include:

• Customization scope: Logo, color, outer packaging, function, size, design, and mold making.
• Customization period: 35–40 days.
• Customization quantity: 1×40HQ container.

Sample lead times are as follows:

• Regular sample: 10 days after your request confirmation.
• New developed sample: 25–30 days after your request confirmation.

We provide comprehensive after-sales support:

1. Free maintenance parts + additional charged parts available.
2. Video resources for treadmill installation, troubleshooting, and repair guidance.
3. Warranty term: The whole machine is covered by a one-year warranty including the electronic control system and the motor.
