Typical Project Timeline
OEM / ODM Process
Step 1
Requirement Review
We discuss your target market, product specifications, functions, compliance requirements, branding, packaging, order quantity, target price and delivery schedule.
This helps both sides establish a clear project scope before development begins.
Step 2
Product Solution Development
Our engineering team turns your requirements into a practical, production-ready solution.
The solution may include structural adjustments, function optimization, material selection, appearance recommendations and manufacturing feasibility evaluation. We can also recommend suitable packaging specifications and optimize package dimensions to improve container loading efficiency and control logistics costs.
Step 3
Quotation & Project Confirmation
Based on the confirmed solution, we provide a clear quotation and project plan covering specifications, customization scope, MOQ, sample costs, tooling requirements, lead time, packaging and commercial terms.
Development begins after the solution and project details are approved.
Step 4
Prototype / Sample Development
We produce a sample based on the approved solution and verify its function, appearance, dimensions and packaging.
Packaging drop tests can be conducted according to your requirements. After testing, feedback and necessary revisions, the final sample is approved as the reference for mass production.
Step 5
Mass Production & Quality Control
Mass production follows the approved sample and confirmed specifications.
Incoming materials, key production stages and finished products are inspected throughout the production process. Performance and safety tests are carried out according to the agreed quality requirements.
Step 6
Final Inspection, Packing & Delivery
Before shipment, we complete the final inspection and confirm the packaging, loading plan and shipping details.
The products are then packed, loaded and shipped according to the agreed schedule, together with the required export documents.
